Lease rates for the independent living villas are all-inclusive of:

  • Utilities (gas, electric, and water)

  • Eight meals per month in the community dining room (additional meal plans are available for a small fee)
  • Trash collection services
  • Daily life enrichment programming, activities, and fitness classes
  • Community center, fitness center, and indoor exercise pool 
  • Villa and grounds maintenance
  • Voice-activated emergency call system and 24-hour response from on-site staff provide peace of mind
